Storytime at library

Every Tuesday after school, I will go to the library with mama for the story time program. We sing some songs, read a book, watch a movie and make some crafts together. It is fun and I enjoy it every much. The most important thing is I surprise mama and papa how well I response in the class.

(In the beginning, papa and mama had no idea where I was going. I just took the picture and walked down the stair suddenly)

My Train Station

Yesterday while mama went to Auntie Julie's wedding, papa and I put up the toy train together. We set up a train station, a bridge, a clock tower, and all the rails together. At first, I did not know what papa was assembling when he was working on the train station and other structures. Once I saw the rails, I knew that I could connect the rails together, so I helped papa to put together the rails. After it's done, we went out to supermarket to buy some batteries. It's the fun part! The train just went round and round!! Yeah~

Just a side note. In the beginning, I did not know how to use the remote to control the train, and I just shouted "Stop! Stop! Stop!" when I saw something wrong. By the next day, I learned how to use the remote and I could stop and go any time I wanted :-)

Mama and papa said I look like the train station's supervisor when I am playing. What do you think?

Congrats to Auntie Julie and Uncle Yoochul

In the afternoon, mama attended Auntie Julie and Uncle Yoochul's wedding. Mama met some of her old friends whom they haven't met for almost two years. Most of them started having kids already and most of them are BOYS too. Oh no, I need to meet more gals!!

Music class at Gymboree

Mama has been looking for music class for me and we had a trial at Gymboree this morning. The class that we enrolled got canceled. We have to wait for next class and the teacher let me join a play & learn class while waiting. Although the class was for elder kids, I was able to follow a little bit.

A wonderful day with papa

Today is the Veteran' Day holiday. I have no day care, and Daddy has a day-off. So I spent today with Daddy. First, in the morning, Daddy took me to take H1N1 flu shot. The little girl in front of me cried so loud, but I didn't cry much during the shot. Both Daddy and the nurse said I was a strong boy :-)

Then in the afternoon, we went to LA Zoo together. There were so many kids in the Zoo. I had so much fun seeing the animals, and watching a bird show. I also had an Icee all by myself.

I had a wonderful day with Daddy!

I and Daddy are lining up for the flu shot

The station at the back actually reads "Cry Station - Cry as loud as you can". But I was so good that I barely dropped a tear.
I took a 2 hour long nap, while on the way to the Zoo, and Daddy had to wait for me in the parking lot
See, I am eating the Icee all by myself! I got this Icee because I wanted to get one, after seeing the kids in front of us all got Icees. Daddy and I had a Mexican style lunch, and I ate a lot of nachos. The only down side for the day was that Daddy was in a hurry and threw away my plastic spoon by mistake after lunch...
I am quite skillful at using spoon now!

At the bird show...
I couldn't believe birds can do so many things! They are s smart!
